Done as a circuit of Beinn Dearg Bheag via the north ridge from the Gruinard River, before traversing the ridge to Beinn Dearg Mhor via the bealach. Descent was down the south east coire after the south peak with a traverse straight to the back of Larachantivore. From there I took the bog path direct to Shenaval and up the path to where I could break off and up onto the spine of Sail Liath to get onto the An Teallach ridge. Lots of evidence of the previous Saturday's storm which sat over the mountain with voluminous thunder, lighting and heavy rain for several hours. A massive slide looks to have taken place in Corrag Bhuide with Loch Toll an Lochain looking very opaque from all the sediment still sitting in suspension. Pinnacles taken reasonably direct to Sgurr Fiona and then following a line across to Sgurr Creag an Eich and out to Sgurr Ruadh to descend the ridge that's always enticed me. I had intended to head up Sail Mhor as part of this but the fitness felt a little lacking and a | Ennoch | 22/07/2023 |

With Rob Wight on a misty day. After regaining ridge. | alexmaclennan | 31/08/2021 |
With John - full clockwise traverse from Corrie Hallie around to Sail Liath, over the pinnacles (we did not take the buttress head on), the two munro summits and all 7 munro tops, coming off the incredibly steep side of Ghlas Meall Mor back to Corrie Hallie. Big day - sunny above 600m with cloud inversion in all directions for the whole traverse, with the walk in/out under the cloud. 10.5hrs in total. | mproudfoot | 28/08/2021 |
Followed a good little path beside Allt Glas Thuill. On to west ridge of Glas Meall Liath. A lot of quartzite, but fairly straightforward. Then along interesting pinnacled ridge to Bidean a Glas Thuill. Sgurr Creag an Eich, Sgurr Fiona, Lord Berkeleys Seat, Coarrag Bhuidhe and the Buttress, and Stob Cadha Gobhlach, and Sail Liath. Descent to Lochan na Brathen, and back out on path to Corriehallie. With B and R. | jenx | 15/07/2021 |
From Corrie Hallie lay-by taking in Sail Liath & Stob Cadha Gobhlach. Enjoyed the airy climb on the pinnacles to Lord Berkely's Seat. Descended back to Corrie Hallie via Glas Tholl. | knarf | 22/06/2021 |

A long day out on An-Teallach with new Dutch Friends Jacob and Michelle Hoogeveen. An epic day with mini avalanches on the traverse under the Pinnacles.( which were too dangerous to go over). | Shutterlag | 28/04/2017 |
Went around on west side of pinnacle. With Andy Ward, from Shenavall bothy, ending at Dundonnell. Cloudy weather (no views above 900m and dropping throughout day) with intermittent rain, continuous rain during final descent. Hitched back to parked car. | trainingforwinter | 29/03/2017 |

With Rhona Fraser and Robin Howie. From road crossing of burn from Loch Toll an Lochan. Up path on SW side of burn. Ascended SE ridge of Sàil Liath to the summit. Continued to Stob Cadha Gobhlach and descended to col to north. Should have climbed straight up but were tempted by paths on the left side of Corrag Bhuidhe. Went up a branch path and attempted to climb directly upwards but it was rather difficult so we retreated. Tried further round and climbed to the summits of three pinnacles, the last one being Corrag Bhuidhe. Climbed Lord Berkley’s Seat and Sgùrr Fiona. Finally to Sgùrr Creag an Eich. This was my last Munro top of a second round of Munro Tops that had been done pure ie not counting those that had been ascended more than once prior to my completion of my first round. From Corrie Hallie after a week in Sutherland. Picked the worst day of the wekk to climbe one of Scotland's finest mountains: Sail Liath, Stob Cadha Gobhlach, Corrag Bhuidhe, Lord Berkeley's Seat, Sgurr Fiona, Bidean Glas Thuill, Glas Mheall Liath and back to Corrie Hallie before a drive back to Dumfries via Inverness McDonald's. | jigglybones | 03/09/2004 |
