Absolute brilliant morning with perfect conditions and spectacular views!Kevthecat12/11/2023
Solo round of Blabheinn summit and S top from car park by Loch Slapin. Took normal path up to summit, then across short traverse to the south top - barely a scramble. Descended SE ridge down to Fionna-Choire and then linked back up with inward path back to the car. Damp start but ended up with blue skies - total time 3h 45min.mproudfoot09/07/2023
With Eve. Set off early on beautiful sunny morning, with clear blue skies and great views all round throughout the ascent. Rough walk up loose path from corrie, especially the scree gully but wasn't difficult to navigate, and after this is straightforward path up to summit with its magnificent views out west of the Black Cuillin.RufusHodge12/05/2023
With Wooly and Colin on their final Munro. With John Wolstenholme, Colin Reed, Mark Wright and Simon Openshaw.John Lee07/05/2023
Beautiful sunny day, lots of snow lying, let Kev make the tracks through it & didn’t see anyone else until halfway down again.PDuncan8210/03/2023
Easy enough hill with H&K but poor weather conditionsBaz with H&K01/07/2022
Solo up the normal route from the car park on the west side of Loch Lapin. Excellent path up for the most part, with a small amount of hands-on-rock. Unfortunately the clear forecast turned out to be completely wrong, and I was soaked before I had the good sense to put my waterproofs on. No views either :( Will have to revisit this one. Total time: 3h 39mmproudfoot21/06/2022
Lovely day and on top for 09:00. Spent 45 mins on top as views were awesome. Must have met around 40 people coming up on our way down😮akmilne03/06/2022

Sporty route to Bla BheinnNicky C22/10/2021
After the south top, descended a rock face with a fair drop and then onto the munro proper. Much of the path down has eroded but managed to make my way down on some scree and then back to my car at the John Muir Car Park.JAdair9726/07/2021

From John Muir Trust Car park (free) to the E. Ascended N from Coire Uagneich, went up scree gully part way up. Unpleasant. Better path to the right through crags. Nr summit struggled with chock stone in another gully. Easy to avoid round crags to left. KeithByTheC16/09/2020

My 64th Munro, with Karl Markham, as he got his last (282th) Munro. The weather was horrible but it was a great day as a huge gang of us slogged up to a clagfest on top, 6.5hrs all in.chillyman801/06/2019

Debs and Tali. Tourist path up and down. Nip out to the SW top, using the ledge while Debs waited with the dog. Annoyingly missed out the Prow. Collected Slat Bhienn & An Stac on the way down.Mountain Goat09/05/2019
A dawn start race against incoming clag, via the 'Tourist' route, which it deffo isn't once one is above the Fionna-choire (FC). The 'motorway' from the car park peters out into a maze of very faint tracks, presumably where people fan out in search for the way onward, above the FC, up R, until the harsh terrain forces them back into a smaller number of possibilities, where a few scree paths become clear. This is not a hill to descend its upper half in poor viz, with gashes, crags and gullies waiting to catch the unwary. Looked at the SW top but declined the verglass on the scrambly rocks. Just got back to the FC as the viz vanished.Isbjorn Winter Round09/01/2019

Up the tourist route, weather was foul. Once at the summit we struggled to find the way we came up so descended down the scree slope. Will have to come back again for the views.tomd405/09/2016
Climbed with Jim, Sarah, Franta, Rike. Great weather in the afternoon, so a late start & easy going pace. Good views of the Cullin ridge from the topelectricfox09/04/2016
A beautiful day during our holiday at Tarven cottage in Portree. Great path into the hill from Loch Slapin Found the path onto the Main summit correctly this time. One difficult section of scree and one tricky short scramble move about 1-200 feet below the summit. I did not fancy returning the same way. I also wanted a look at the route to the south top - still as unpleasant and exposed looking as ten years' previously so bottled it again. An unpleasant descent of the scree into the corrie.langskill12/10/2015
