2 of 5 from the layby on the A82robertphillips06/08/2023
Walk up from the A82 along usual route. Started out 5:30pm after 450 mile drive. Walk up was very pleasant and dry. Summit ridge between South top and summit was interesting. Superb viewpoint all the hills on show. Time taken 3 hours 45 minutes for 7.67 miles and 2890feet of ascent.isabelle31/05/2023

On the way to Beinn Challuim itself, from the A82 lay-by near Kirkton Farm. Summit is interestingly separate from the ridgeline which the direct path to Beinn Challuim takes. With Pete, although he didn't summit. Hot & sunny.millionmts12/08/2022
Beinn Challuim and South top from layby on a82. Very straight forward out and back, 12km in 4 hrs. Not too steep or boggy and fine panoramic views.Nicky C28/08/2021

Started in layby on the A82 by St Fillans. Incredible views on the top, Ben More and Ben Lui both had snow on them. Came down the same way as I went uptsharp29/04/2021
Circular from Auchtertyre Farm (walkers' car park) via track on West side of Gleann a Chlachain to Ben Challum, S Top and Creag Loisgte.TRG31805/03/2021
Solo from Kirkton - lot of ice low down, but above 400m, mostly wet snow over still wet bog. Snow was knee deep between the South top and the summit, but visibility was excellent all day. Pace felt slow, although a final time of 5h 43m was ok.mproudfoot28/12/2020

Low cloud stopped us attempting to reach the North summit as visibility was zero and with deep snow everywhere was too risky so turned back after passing the cairn on the south top.supermario04/03/2020

Debs & Tali. Intended to do Cam Chreag & Beinn Chaorach but Debs wanted to do the Munro. So came back down the main path and along the WHW back to the van at the Wig Wams. (Fences in area up the valley has several gates to exit and access the hills)Mountain Goat11/05/2019

Completed from Strathfillan on ascent of Ben Challum. Very deep snow and cloud made navigation difficult, although brief glances to actual summit cool.quadbarrel02/03/2014
