Passed a misty Stoodley Pike on Day 8 of our South Pennines Trail from Mankinholes to Nab Hill, with Annette, Caroline, Christine, Geoff, and Steve. Mostly a good sunny day, with great views of Calderdale. This section was 17.5km with 750m ascent, taking us 6 hours.silverwolf_alan14/12/2023

From Withens Clough with Ali and Em. Path immediately west of Sunderland Pasture was boggy and particularly rough going. Enjoyed the views from the forbidding monument (bring a torch for the dark staircase up inside it) before a much better path down past Withens Gate/Red Dykes. Interestingly there's a miniature statue of Stoodley Pike monument in eastern Todmorden,wheresthepath15/08/2021
On a very soggy path from Withens Clough car park- seems to be no plaque to say what the tower was for .Mark Sims12/08/2021

Parked at Station Road car park in Hebden Bridge. Walked along Pinnacle Lane and up to Edge End Moor. Good footpaths. Up to Stoodley Pike then back along Dick's Lane. I also bagged the summit of Law Hill on the way down. I wonder why this hill is not a Tump? There is a tiny 390m contour ring by the wall on OL21. With Alfie.Dangerous Dave19/12/2017
