From the Aber falls car park on a circuit of the northern Carneddau. The path that traverses above the Aber falls is a splendid route, winding through outcrops spectacularly, and the falls were in full flow. From a ruined sheepfold in the valley above straight up to Llywtymor Bach, then Llwtymor, contoured below the summit of Foel-fras, Drum, Carnedd y Ddelw, down to Bwlch y Ddeufaen, Foel Leyden, Tal y fan then a return to the car park along the track tha5 follows the pylons. 21 km in good timeRockdoctor01/10/2022

from car park roman road past standing stones follow wall path hop over wall near top of foel lwyd using protruding stones back to path down to bwlch and up tp Tal y Fan using path south of wall, no views fog and frozen ground but with Manon, Darcie and James so bril back down to bwlch using path to north of wall which is stronger then re return using path south to southunderhill05/12/2020
