3/7 Climbed steep slopes of Knocknaman to reach Meenteog, Coomacarrea, Teermoyle Mountain, Mullaghnarakill, Been Hill, Beenmore and Drung Hill as per Paddy Dillon. Enjoyed the old bog road home at the end of the day (not so much the steep ascent to start with). This circuit been on our list for years so good to get it.nickywood117/09/2021

fa, club meet, 5 in party, misty then sunny, 30km, circuit of the glenbeigh horse shoe, taken in all the 7 2,000ft hills and out and back for Colly, to give 8 and Macklaun (v/l top) for a 9th top, before descending to glenbeigh and back to mountain stage and our car.rum doodle 17/04/2017
