From Glen Coe, standard route to reach ridge of Buachaille Etive Beag, on to Stob Dubh N Top (also visiting nearby knoll to be sure) and camping nearby. Descent back to glen and crossed to climb the end of the Beinn Fhada ridge (following a slight shelf under the crags before climbing up to the ridge). On to Beinn Fhada far E top, NE top and Beinn Fhada itself. Return by same route. Some steep terrain, excellent views all round. | RobertP | 16/10/2023 |

Spent the weekend at the Ochils Mountaineering Club cottage in Crianlarich. Sunday 29/08/21, I met up with Alex McBride and we headed up Bidean nan Bain. Starting up the steep east slope of Beinn Fhada, to bag its two Munro Tops. Followed by the appropriately named 'bad step', which was a bit airy for comfort, on the ascent to the 1st Munro of Stob Coire Sgreamhach (1072m). Then Bidean nan Bain (1150m, 2nd Munro), from where I ventured west for the Munro Top of Stob Coire nam Beith (1107m) and then back up to Bidean. The return to the car meant we had to ascent the fourth and final Munro Top of the day Stob Coire nan Lochan (1115m), then around the west side of Coire nan Lochan and back to the Three Sisters car park 10:50hrs after leaving the Beehive Cairn car park, both of us suitably knackered. | chillyman8 | 29/08/2021 |

Straight forward summit after precarious descent off Beinn Fhada on descent from Stob Coire Sgreamhach. Quite a narrow ridge for the ascent with an easy scramble to the summit.

Climbed with Rach as part of a Bidean Nam Bian walk. Absolutely glorious weather - perfect cloud free summits. Added a few additional tops to e walk along the ridge from Stob Coire Sgreamhach, the scrambling on this ridge was pretty easy. The hidden valley (on ascent) was stunning with lots of Deers. Descended over Nam Lochan and down its Left flank. All in all a good days walk. | scholesy | 11/10/2013 |
With Dad, DW & SL. From Glen Coe - Aonach Dubh - Stob Coire nan Lochain - Bidean - Stob Coire nam Beith - Bidean - Stob Coire Sgreamhach - Beinn Fhada - west into Lost Valley - Glen Coe. Epic weather for a classic mountain day. NB: for descent into Lost Valley, descend down gully between the two Munro Tops; head first southwest & then northeast, aiming for a small path crossing river. Steep but doable! Descent directly down gully would be very steep (and dangerous). | AGWilliamson | 09/06/2013 |

RBS HWC Sunday outing; a great ridge walk in good conditions; I met some of the others who had come up through the Lost Valley and saw them head on towards Bidean; the midges were awful in the Lost Valley on the way down and the wait for the bus was grim - it rained, the midges came out, but I was entertained by a Pole taking a shower in his underpants outside his camper van | langskill | 30/07/2006 |

Left the car near ‘The Study’ on the A82 road through Glen Coe. Solo. Found a way up the NE ridge of Beinn Fhada, initially a little E of the ridge to avoid crags. Went over point 811m to NE top, main top of Beinn Fhada and then Stob Coire Sgreamhach. The latter had just been elevated to Munro status. Continued to Bidean nam Bian. | pwbellarby | 08/09/1996 |
