Ring of Steall with Phoebe. Extremely hot day, round in 9 hoursMrD15/06/2023
A late change of plan to complete the Ring of Steall clockwise from Steall Falls carpark today to take advantage of the great weather. An Gearanach, An Garbhanach, Stob Coire a' Chairn, Am Bodach, Sgurr an Iubhair, Stob Choire a' Mhail and Sgurr a' Mhaim in around 9 hours. Solo /D.meltdiceburg02/06/2023
Start of Mamores Circuit, but taking in the 10 munros and tops. Two camps on the ridge, 18 hrs on the move and 42km. Great adventure!Nicky C29/05/2023

Clear skies and good views, though some cloud now building on E summits. Stob Ban looked particularly fine. Devil's Ridge a bit scary with some hoar frost and snow, but with care was fine.NorfolkPT2104/03/2023

Ring of Steall skyline race. savage. Zero views and thank the lord for the poles! Although some kind men had to show me how to lock them. Legs were battered by the end and some serious scrambling. CUHWC Roy Bridge trip. 6 western Mamores in a long day.AGWilliamson21/09/2015
The weather was supposed to be terrible today, with heavy rain/snow and high winds, so we decided to go for a walk in the Mamores instead of heading up to Ben Nevis. We did the westernmost part of the Ring of Steall, heading up An Gearanach and west to Stob Ban. A nice ridge walk, in what turned out to be pretty good weather.pwithnall24/03/2015
