From good path to the north, through disused workings, up a grass rake to a rubble field and to the top.Alan Moore18/10/2023
Parked in layby at 940083, although it’s possible to stop at bend in road where bridleway starts. From BW immediately enter access land and follow path north then west where it doubles back east as it rises, then turns towards the summit. White trig does seem the highest point. Distant views all around. What made my visit especially interesting was the presence of a South American vulture being flown by Wings of Wales. The bird landed and followed on the foot, lured by a turkey leg. It apparently has a thing for trekking poles and happy to nip leg backs if you stop walking and let it catch up. So, no dawdling on this bag!!Pete West04/06/2023
From the bunkhouse at Pantcefnyffordd Farm at the foot of the hill, straight up from the track, along the ridge and back to the track.prwild29/10/2022
Easy walk up from village along minor roads then ascended the good trail from corner of road south-east. Nice views. Second hill of the day, we bagged Cadair Fawr before, and after we drove to and bagged Foel Fynyddau and Mynydd Dinas.DanTrig05/07/2022
Route inc. starting point as Gerry Bowes. Very enjoyable, I felt this hill deserved a longer walk- try from Pontneddfechan. Unfortunately, I was late starting, having walked up 2 Dulais valley Ma. Pint in the Dinas Rock Hotel in Glynneath was enjoyable and very sociable- then back to Neath.pwheeler15/05/2022
