Up and down from Derrydarroch. Same route as Liz H which is not unusual. | NormanW | 31/03/2023 |
Parked opposite the track to Derrydaroch, followed the track off left towards the Dam at NN36442 21510, then up over grass to the summit. Good views of walkers on Twistin Hill. Returned more directly NW towards the mast above the cottage. Lots of long grass, but not too difficult underfoot. | LizH | 14/08/2022 |
Parked in lay-by at Derrydaroch and then followed hydro track (not on my map) to the dam at approx NN364214. Made a circuit of Stob Glas, An Caisteal and down Twistin Hill to the two sub Simms followed by a return to the dam and back down the track. | BaggerGutt | 23/06/2022 |
From layby near Derrydaroch. A choice of hydro roads lead to either 327m (northside) or 307m (westside) of the hill and then straight up. Nice continuation to An Caisteal. | Alan Moore | 15/01/2022 |
From NW, Derrydaroch, layby. Dusting of snow which arrived on my way up! | RHW | 23/05/2021 |
