From the layby on A87, ascended steeply up to Am Bathach, along grassy ridge and then dropped down into Bealach a' Choinich. Boggy ascent up to An Cnapach and then on grassy ridge with some narrower sections to Ciste Dhubh. Descended back to bealach, then down glen on rough path. Amazing conditions, with no wind and cloud inversion obscuring the bottoms of the glens. 12.8km. | PiranhaFish | 07/11/2020 |
2nd ascent, on its own this time, from near Cluanie. Boggy path up the glen and very boggy and eroded on the initial climb, but v nice ridge walk afterwards. Beautiful day with excellent views of the Kintail and Affric hills. Many parked cars and met several groups, Munros are popular these days. | douglas_easton | 26/09/2020 |

Parked opposite the Clunie inn. Still undecided if the left or right hand banks are best for approach. Final climb to top has a narrow path on edge of ridge to wake you up a bit. Descent was by the Corbett. | Jhimmy | 17/07/2012 |
