Club weekend staying at Strawberry cottage Completed Beinn Fhionnlaidh and Carn EigheJamesSDonald04/08/2018
Track near Affric Lodge N, then W across moorland to Sgurr na Lapaich, along ridge via Mullach Cadha Rainich to Mam Sodhail, then N to Beinn Fhionnlaidh (contouring past Carn Eige on W side), via Stob Coire Lochan, returned over Carn Eige, then along E ridge over Stob a' Choire Dhomhain, Stob Coire Dhomhnuill, Sron Garbh, then descended to Gleann nam Fiadh to follow track out, but it was in such poor condition that I crossed the river and took the track S direct back to Affric Lodgekdbennett17/06/2018

We stayed overnight in the private hostel at Cannich. It was a long day over Mam Sodhail and all the way out to Beinn Fhionnlaidh. Gary talked incessantly. It was grey and wet and it was a long way back at the end of the day. We returned to the car after dark.langskill05/08/2007

anticlockwise traverse over An Socach Man Sodhail, Carn Eige, Beinn Fhionlaidh down into valley and north to south along Mullach na Dhearagain, skirting SE across the corrie rim back to beallach east of An Socach and though tired, forcing myself to hoof it up to Murdo Stob Coire na Cloiche, because I knew I'd kick myself forever in the future if I didn't.vegibagger26/07/2007
Eventually managed to find my way here as the mist lifted and I realised that I'd headed northeast from Carn Eige rather than northwest! yorkie25/07/2007
Solo. From car park at road end in Glen Affric. After ascending Creag Coire nan Each and Màm Sodhail I descended to the col with Carn Eighe and decided not to ascend Carn Eighe. Instead I started a gradual descent on the western flank and came across a small path, which I followed. It petered out. Ascended to the summit of Stob Coire Lochan. I continued, following a path up to the summit of Beinn Fhionnlaidh. I returned to Bealach Beag, the bealach between Beinn Fhionnlaidh and Stob Coire Lochan. I then contoured below Stob Coire Lochan and Carn Eighe, somewhat lower down on the west side than I was on the outward route. Went over the summit of Màm Sodhail again. By now it was raining and sleeting. Descended the path through Coire Leachavie.pwbellarby28/06/2007
