10.6 mile circular from junction near Cwm Farm, walked along road to end then along contouring path up the slopes of Mynydd Llysiau, to col then up Pen Trumau along great new paths to Waun Fach (3rd time) and Pen.Y.Gadair-Fawr (3rd time), followed well defined trails along to Nuttall Pen Twyn Mawr, then down footpath south to start.
