Stayed at Ingleton YH the night before, started at 08:20am parking on tne B6255, up to Ingleborough then across to Simon Fell back at the car for 11:00am. Drove down to Cheshire afterward. One of the least enjoyable hikes, the path is almost entirely made up of large flagstones and there is a long wooden broadwalk to save folk getting their feet wet over a bog. I didn't appreicate its part of the Yorkshire Dales Three Peaks Challegne and was overrun with charity walks. By no means a wild place anymore, truly horrible.chillyman816/09/2023

Early morning jaunt up from Philpin campsite. Was quite atmospheric in the fog, especially passing by the limestone pavements in Southerscales Nature Reserve and then up the steep steps to the ridgeline (felt like Mordor)! Was delighted to get really good sightings of Wheatear on the way!Gerry the Ranger19/05/2023

Start from road out of Ingleton near Storrs Cave. There and back walk via Crina Bottom.Sunny cold day glorious views.Ulysses20/01/2023
Stopped off at Clapham on the way from Keighley to Morecambe. A brilliant route up in the daylight, passing Ingleborough Cave, Trow Gill and Gaping Gill before ascending Little Ingleborough and Ingleborough itself. Came back down a slightly shallower route, initially on the Dales High Way, for a safer journey down in the light of my head torch. My second of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, so just Whernside to go!ewangibb8702/12/2022

Joined Wainwright society walk from Clapham village. Mild, sunny day, starting through private woodland then climbing to Gaping Gill - very impressive despite shallow water - where we stopped for coffee. More strenuous walking to Little Ingleborough, then eased off to summit. Hazy views but worth it. Gentler descent over Newby Moss.About 6hrs.Peak Rambler30/04/2022
