Backpacking route over tops of Creag Meagaidh from nature reserve. Crossed footbidge and used ATV track as far as possible on ascent to Sron a'Choire. Continued to Creag Mhor and then Puist Coire Ardair. A traverse around Moy Corrie to climb Meall Coire Choille-rais. From here along ridge to An Cearcallach North Top and An Cearcallach. Returned along ridge then logh pull across open plateau to Creag Meagaidh, then E top and path down to The Window. Continued W to climb Carn Dearg and then Meall a' Mheanbh-chruidh. Up to this point had been mainly in cloud with glipses of crags, but the lower peaks were clear and some sunshine. Returned E to The Window and descent via Coire Ardair.RobertP24/10/2022

First day of an OMC meet at the Raeburn Hut north of Dalwhinnie. I parked my car at Luiblea, from where Andy Moffat gave me a lift back to Aberarder. From here I crossed the Allt Dubh and after some heather bashing, I followed a boggy ATV track up the SE slope of Sron a' Choire. There was thick mist on top, following the ridge WNW to the second Top of Puist Coire Ardair. After waiting for ten minutes for the mist to clear, I gave up and moved on. After dropping 10m, the mist burned off and the view of Creag Meaghaid plateau opened up and there were inverisons in all directions. Followed by Meall Coire Choille-rais and An Cearcallach. The descent was very steep and unpleasant but I found a track on the east side of the Moy Burn, which I raced down trying to get back to my car before sunset, 07:25hrs all in.chillyman813/11/2021

From Aberarder, followed path past the farmhouse, through the Coill' a'Choire woods then up slopes to E, eventually finding a track near a line of old iron fence posts that led onto the ridge a short way NW of Na Cnapanan, then continued on to summit of Carn Liath. Turned W and followed line of ridge all the way along to Stob Poite Coire Ardair, decent to 'Window', then up on to plateau E of Carn Meagaidh and across this to the summit, returning E and SE to Puist Coire Ardair and along E ridge to Sron a' Choire, descending along Allt Bealach a' Choire to ATV track and bridge across river near Aberarderkdbennett08/10/2017
