Cracking day out, done full WH route excellent weather but a very boggy route worth it for the views!Kevthecat23/07/2024
Saw no-one all day, unusual for a Munro in good weather. Horrible huge summit cairn.alda23/07/2024

With John and wee Islay - from Loch Arkaig taking the path over to Glen Kingie and straight up to the bealach between Sgùrr Mòr and Sgùrr an Fhuarain - took in the corbett Sgùrr an Fhuarain first, then across to Sgùrr Mòr, then straight back down the same route from the bealach. Just under 8hrs all in. A warm day, with some incredible views in all directions.mproudfoot24/04/2021
Lovely sunny day. The final bit of the ridge is a delight but the rest of the route is pathless bog and the climb up to the col from Glen Kingie is purgatory.Chris Terrey 18/09/2020

4th of 4 on a long day. Weather improved as cloud began to rise late in the day. Nice hill. Walkout a real pain but still better doing it the way we did.akmilne27/03/2018
Lovely day - rather hot climbing out of Glen Kingie.dal20/06/2017
Left car about 4.30 am up road to Glendessary lodge, up over pass into Glen Kingie - sun beginning to rise to my right. I picked my way through col and followed tracks down to River Kingie, crossed and took stalkers path going west which graudal rises in big zig zag to col before Sgurr Beag. I was on the ridge by 8.07, views started to open up, e.g. of Sgurr na Ciche. Up and over Sgurr Beag via extensive zig zags, then down to the col before Sgurr Mor. I picked my way via path up Sgurr Mor. Views all round including Loch Quoich.langskill26/05/2017

Climbed from A'Chuill bothy with Iain Brown.chriswatson10/04/2014
From our camp at the head of Loch Quoich, we ascended via the path up the Allt a Choire Reidh. This path probably pre dates the Lock dam as it's unloved now and nature is reclaiming it. I was much assisted by an ancient walking stick that had been skillfully been crafted from wood. It had two handles, one for ascent and a higher one for descent. The maker must have known what he was doing as it had also been wittled in the middle to give it the perfect balance between shock absorbing springiness and weight supporting stiffness. Met a Scots/Sherpa chap at the top who had 15 munros to go but also bad knees. Hope he made it. Returned to car after mindless flog over a pass to Glendessarry. Walking stick broke as we neared the car.mindlessflogger13/07/2013
